POLICIES: Deposits are required during booking and always apply to your total. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  No deposit, No Appointment.

LATE POLICY: After 10 minutes late there is a $15.00 late fee added to your total. After 15 minutes late with no communication, your service may be cancelled and will be considered a No Show (unless otherwise discussed). Full service cost must be paid prior to rescheduling. You will be given 1 opportunity to reschedule your service. If you miss your appointment again you forfeit your service and no refunds will be provided.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY: Any No-Show or Same-Day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file. You will have 1 opportunity to reschedule your service as stated above. If you miss your appointment again, you forfeit your service and no refunds will be provided.

Appointment cancelled within 24 hours, will be charged 50% of the total cost to the card on file. Insufficient funds while trying to process will be banned from booking in the future. In case of an error, you will receive an invoice to your email or number provided at booking. Invoice must be paid before your next service will be accepted.

I give NAILSXLB LLC permission to hold my card number incase of cancellations and no shows and to charge the card on file incase of any no shows or cancellations. I agree I cannot dispute this charge at a later time.
